The service commissioned by NHS Dorset for Dorset and Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICS for Southampton.
Who is Steps2Wellbeing for?
We offer a range of talking therapies including counselling, online courses, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and guided self-help to support people with mild to moderate psychological conditions. This includes:
Generalised anxiety disorder and social anxiety
Depression – including postnatal/postpartum depression
Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Phobias
Often, people don’t realise that they are experiencing anxiety, depression, or both and we actively encourage referrals for patients suffering with mild to moderate symptoms.
Equality and diversity are embedded into our service, and we are committed to ensuring that people from ethnic minorities, LGBTQIA+ people, older adults, veterans, and people with disabilities have easy access to mental wellbeing support.
Our treatment and support is available in multiple languages.
