According to Mental Health Foundation, 12.7% of all sickness absence days at work in the UK are because of mental health conditions like depression and anxiety.
We recognise that staying in or returning to work can be good for people who experience mental health challenges like low mood, post-natal depression, OCD or anxiety.
Returning to or staying in work could help you:
