Ethnic minorities
People who belong to ethnic minorities are less likely to reach out for mental health support, despite being more likely to develop anxiety and depression.
We understand that this can be because of cultural and societal factors out with a person’s control, but we want to empower people to seek the help they need.
Steps2Wellbeing offers culturally sensitive talking therapy and treatment, that is available in a range of languages thanks to our interpreters.
