Silvercloud Employment Support

SilverCloud Employment Support is an online programme that you can access whilst having support from an Employment Advisor. There are three specific modules that have been designed to help you navigate all things employment. This may be finding work, remaining in work, or returning to work after a period of sickness. You can use these at a pace that suits you.

Your Employment Advisor will offer regular review appointments to support your progress and help you to reflect on the skills learned and the information from the modules. The modules have been designed by Employment Advisors, including the wide range of resources within the modules. You can access it 24/7 and keep all your guidance and support in one place.

The programme itself is very interactive and there is space for you to use tools and develop skills to resolve work difficulties. Usually, people work through this over an eight-week period. After you have finished working with us, you have continued access to the programme for up to one year.
