Your referral to Steps2Wellbeing

After you have completed a self-referral online, over the phone or by using Wysa, we will contact you to arrange an ‘initial assessment’ with one of our Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs).

Please note that our number may show up as ‘withheld’ or ‘no caller ID’ meaning that you might not know it is us phoning.

Before you start treatment

It is very important that you read and agree to our Treatment and Confidentiality Agreement.

The agreement explains how we keep your information confidential and how to get the best out of your treatment.

Please click below to read it.
