Pure Self Help

Pure self help means independently working through materials without regular support from a practitioner. This can be the least burdensome way of tackling your problems.

Some people want to address their difficulties on their own and are not keen in engaging with services. To help, we can provide information and resources designed to be accessed as ‘pure self-help’. For example, we can provide information regarding books or useful resources available on the internet. You are free to access these as and when you wish.

If you choose to be assessed by the service and feel motivated to address things on your own then the Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who conducts your assessment will make recommendations suitable to the problems you wish to overcome.
