Cognitive Behavioural Therapists

Our team of Cognitive Behavioural Therapists (CBT therapists) provide both one-to-one and group based support for people who need more intensive support for their problems. These appointments take place either at a GP surgery or other local venue that is convenient for you to access. You can also receive therapy using our new e-Clinic.

They specialise in providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which is a form of therapy shown to be effective for people who are experiencing depression, anxiety or stress. For more information on CBT click here.

All our CBT therapists are either qualified or attending a training course at a University.
