Computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (cCBT) is a CBT based programme provided on the internet and supported by a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.
This means you can access at a time that suits you and work at your own pace. The programme will set you tasks to do in between sessions and your practitioner will check in to see how you are getting on.
Is a computerised programme which teaches you CBT skills. The programme is informed by clinical expertise and over 10 years of research and testing.
You will be able to register and have your own user account. This means you can work through the website at your own speed.
There are programmes for various different anxiety disorders as well as depression and specific packages tailored for students.

If you are concerned that someone else is very distressed and might be considering suicide please encourage them to contact their GP and make an emergency appointment. Alternatively you might wish to encourage them to speak to the Samaritans on 116 123.
If you are concerned that someone is about to act on thoughts of hurting themselves you might wish help them attend the nearest Accident and Emergency Department. Alternatively, you may choose to contact the Police on 999.
