One to One Therapy

The Steps to Wellbeing service offers a number of different types of therapy including cognitive-behavioural therapy, counselling and inter-personal therapy (IPT). We also provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is one of the treatments that can help treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

One-to-one therapy will involve meeting regularly with a therapist to work on your current problems or issues with a focus on what changes you can make to improve your situation.
